Has anybody?
stayed at the Wellington Hotel in Manhatton? If so whats it like? Did you have a nice stay there? What were the staff like? Would you go there again?
Answers:
I've stayed there twice and both times have been fine. The location is fantastic 55th on 7th. A few blocks to your right is central park and to your left is times square. The rooms are comfy not massive but comfy. The staff are true New Yorkers. Don't expect over the top smiles and grovelling. The bar in the restaurant has one of the best barmen and the Park cafe attached to the hotel does the most yummiest food. You will love it. The lift scares the life out of me as you can hear the chain moving inside but if you get a room at the front the views will be worth it.
It's haunted
Yeah, it is really nice, there is a nice view of the californian skyline from the balcony too.

We always stay at the Hilton when in the city. It has a nice view of the Wellington?
I've also stayed there and the location was amazing, very central, and convenient to link up with subway for good transport links. The staff are typical New Yorkers, they don't fuss too much, but I found the service to be polite and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again, great 24hr deli across the street, & good local pubs..highly recommended
