yes, look at www.confused.com then go to other products and you will see travel insurance.
i have used confused for all kinds of insurance, car, home, travel for a few years now and they are simply the best ! you simply fill out the form and the site searches out ALL of the companies you will need, and gives you lots of answers in a few minutes.

I don't know if you want medical coverage along with the other coverages, but If you live in the USA or Canada, you have 2 choices when it comes to what travel insurance covers.
1) What's commonly referred to as Travel Health Insurance / Travel Medical Insurance. This is flexible and you can add to your policy's length if you stay longer. The drawback is if you have a pre-existing condition. In most cases pre-existing conditions are not 100% covered, though you can get limited coverage for them. Another drawback is that there are deductibles and copays. Go here for more information: http://travelhealthinsurance.net.
2) Trip Cancellation / Interruption Insurance. This works only if you have fixed travel dates. You are reimbursed for the money you lose if your doctor advises you against travel or you have to return home early. Plus you're covered if you get hurt or sick, have travel delays, lost luggage, etc.
The medical coverage part is especially good becasue there are no deductibles and copays. And it's easier to cover pre-existing conditions. Go here for more information: http://TripInsuranceStore.com
