How long does it take to get form bangkok to kuals lumpur by train?



Answers:
20 hours at least, train are ALWAYS late
Its about 18 hours from Bangkok to Sungai Kolok. I know that probably doesn't help much but you should go to Pulau Perentian on the East coast of Malaysia while you're there as it is amazing!

I would imagine it would take the same amount of time to go south to Kuala Lumpur.

Always take the train though - great rides and more of an experience than planes.

Don't have an answer but this might help. It takes 13 hours to get from Kuala Lumpur to HatYai by train. And HatYai is about 800-900km to Bangkok.
