I am trying to find a street name in St Petersburg, Russia which looks like Chernanego-Kazackestva street?!?

I have an address written down in St Petersburg, Russia which looks like Chernanego-Kazackestva street, but it is unclear. I need the correct spelling and also in the Cyrillic if possible so that I can send a letter. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Червоного казачества jts near Veteranov Sumway station
Chenango-Kazackestva is the closest thing I could find
there re no such words in russian language, as closest to any words wich make any sense i suggest Chernogo Kazachestva, which means black kazaks', which doesn't make sense to me either. but at least those words have any meaning. i can't write u in cyrilic letters, i don't have them on my computer
