Try Bournemouth, while the temperatures are mild. You'll have miles of open beaches and a good nightlife.
Almost anywherehas to be better in my opinion, but that's not what counts. Why do you like Ibiza, clubs, drunkenss, fighting, poor behaviour, unwanted pregnancies, etc?
Most innercities provide this, or I'm sure you could find a sunlamp as well!!
