Nightmare holidays?

i came back from Tunisia on sunday and had a horrid week due to being woken early every morning from building work we were not told about and the rep was unable to reach a suitable compromise so have made a complaint to the company i booked with
have you ever complained about a holiday and if so what was the outcome?

Answers:
I haven't but know people that have, in all cases they were compensated but not nearly what they deserved.
Just don't give up, keep copies of everything you send to them, take names if you ring them etc..

yes, that's why I keep a short list of trusted travel agencies. sometimes you get shortchanged when booking from someone offering a "great deal" or even via the internet.

hope it doesn't happen again. travels are the best kind of memories to keep and cherish btw, read Michael Crichton's book "Travels."
