To be honest, I don't think you will find anywhere (except in parks)where you can take your dog.
You generally only tend to find this out in the country, where you can take your dog into the pub. Although... I could be wrong, if there isn't a sign on the door saying 'No Dogs Allowed' then I can't see this being a problem. best to ask the land lord first before entering, otherwise it may mean you have to sit out in the pub garden.
central park??
you are joking of course .if you can afford to stay there then you can afford a vlakey to take your dog out while you wine and dine....lovely jubbly
Hyde park
London does not tend to be dog friendly. It's too crowded for that. Other than that the parks are good for dogs.
