Oohh, or Prague? My brother and his girlfriend loved it there!!
Valencia - you can't beat it, fantastic beaches, culture, nightlife, cafes, bars, restaurants etc, very historic and futuristic at the same time, the new City of Arts & Sciences is fantastic.
Brugge, in Belgium, it is called the Venice of Belgium and it is a very beautifully town, not too far from the port of Oostende, or Zeebrugge or even Calais, and no where near as big and crowded as the big cities.
Madrid, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Rome, Milan, Venice. Whole Europe is very interesting.
Krakow in Poland or Kiev in Ukraine. Both beautiful cities with lots to do. Kiev is more difficult to get to because there are no budget flights but well worth it.
Try Bognor Reggis this time a year, I believe the weather is good and it is a hive of activity.
Madrid is close, the city never sleeps. Great Tapas, friendly conversation. Leave at 8pm,arrive next morning. City is walkable. Get a place near the Plaza Mayor. Take subway from airport to plaza. Don't spend more than $ 90 per night.
